Manufacturing employees are responsible for mastery of the automated packaging machines utilized on site to prepare our products for purchase. Priorities include working with industrial machinery and equipment, packaging, labeling, warehouse organizing, and product tracking while following all compliance and workplace safety measures. Responsibilities may also include manufacturing large scale batches of high-quality edible products that are infused with cannabis, following proper preparation and execution of recipes, product packaging/labeling, product organization, inventory control, and maintaining all warehouse supplies and equipment cleaned and sanitized.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow all site protocols and procedures according to local/state regulations and Company Policies
- Help manufacture high quality, carefully dosed cannabis infused edibles at commercial quantities
- Utilize various machinery equipment and industrial tools while following all culinary and food/product handler standards
- Monitor levels and quality of all products in the department including non-medicated goods and raw materials
- Assist with packaging and labeling of produced goods
- Help ensure all warehouse areas, equipment, and tools including floors, walls, worktables, refrigerators, prep surfaces, and trays are kept clean, sanitized, and organized
- Assist with daily inspections for pests, pathogens, mold, fungi, disease, or other undesired conditions
- Ensure compliance and accuracy involving all product tracking, product security, and product movement procedures in accordance with Company Standards
- Assist in all duties as assigned to ensure the team, department, and company division maintain success

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment while managing and meeting completion deadlines
- Basic Math, Organizational, and Computer Skills

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 21+ and currently residing in the USA
- High School Diploma or GED
- Production / Manufacturing experience, 1+ years (preferred)
- Product Preparation / Assembling experience, 1+ years (preferred)
- Inventory Handling experience, 1+ years (preferred)
- Cannabis industry experience (preferred)
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Handling cannabis products and packaged goods
- Indoor production/warehouse-like environment
- Industrially lit rooms featuring heavy machinery sounds at times
- Confined workstations in close proximity to other people (employees, guests, vendors)
- Plant pollen and extraction fumes may be present on surfaces and in the air
- Protective suits may be required (provided on site)
- Kneeling, squatting, lifting (up to 30 lbs.), bending, twisting, walking, pivoting, and long-term standing (all expected activities)
COMPENSATION: Competitive Wage
- Entry Level Starting at $17/hr
