PM Pre-Roll Shift

POSITION OVERVIEW
 
The Pre-Roll Associate is responsible for supporting and assisting the Pre-Roll Supervisor(s) and Manager(s) in all aspects of cannabis product manufacturing of pre-rolls. This position will be responsible for the actual filling, finishing, and packaging of these products.  Priorities include Joint rolling, operation of automated packaging equipment, waste disposal, and cleaning of all machines, tools, and work areas in the department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • ·         Assist in grinding & blending bulk cannabis flower for pre-roll manufacturing
  • ·         Operate fill machinery including joint rollers.
  • ·         Assess finished goods for quality assurance 
  • ·         Regularly update logs pertinent to job scope
  • Willing and able to work collaboratively in a team environment toward common goals 
  • ·         Assist in other duties as assigned to ensure the team, department, and company division maintain success

  • ·         Pre-Roll Supervisors (Pre-Roll)
  • ·         Pre-Roll Managers (Pre-Roll)
  • ·         Director of Production
  • ·         Logistics Supervisor – Distribution

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • ·       Monday-Thursday 4/10 hour days
  •   Hands-on, plant/product touching position
  • ·         Indoor manufacturing environment with air conditioning
  • ·         Constant artificial, bright indoor lighting
  • ·         Plant pollen is present on surfaces and in the air
  • ·         Terpenes and other volatile substances are in use in the department and the facility
  • ·         Kneeling, squatting, lifting, bending, walking, pivoting, and standing are all expected activities
  • ·         Protective suits may be required (provided on-site)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Product Packaging / Handling Experience, 1+ years (preferred)
  • Production/Manufacturing Experience, 1+ years (preferred)
  • Cannabis Industry Experience (preferred)
  • Basic Math, Organizational, and Computer Skills
  • Must have High School Diploma or GED
